Traditional Art with the Human FormTraditional Art with the Human FormTraditional Art with the Human Form by Kumiko-McKee
All creation, including the human body, is beautiful. The human form is one of most fascinating objects for many artists to work on and it has been used as a subject by traditional artists in so many different ways throughout history. The human body is able to express emotions through movement. Also, the face can speak without words and expresses intangible feelings that are difficult to quantify. It creates complex patterns and varying moods. The face changes to match the emotion of each moment.
Here are some figurative works by creative artists from the Da community

Hey, I'm Anna! I'm 18 years old and a soon-to-be freshman at Savannah College of Art and Design; majoring in Illustration and minoring in Sequential Art I'm very excited for the future and plan to make art my career, hopefully as a concept artist and illustrator for animated movies, graphic novels, and video games. I love doing commissions and I am currently working as a concept artist for a friend's videogame, which is in the early stages of production, and i'm having the time of my life with it! |
deviantART is like a candy store. And I'm the gap-toothed toddler recovering from her last cavity. Such yummy inspiration! and I can only hope I serve as such for other artists who pass by my gallery every now and then.
